Vibration Characteristics Analysis and Structure Optimization of Catenary Portal Structure on Four-Wire Bridge

چکیده

The portal structure is the support equipment in catenary, which bears load of contact suspension and equipment. In practical work, with change external forces, complex changeable loads, so it has higher requirements for its reliability safety. order to study dynamic characteristics catenary on continuous beam four-way bridge, taking Dshaping bridge as research object, simulation model bridge-network integration was established Midas Civil. maximum point deformation stress determined by finite element analysis hard span equipment, frequency mode natural vibration were obtained modal analysis. Secondly, through field acquisition test, combined results analysis, fault location determined, are analyzed. Finally, based method that affected structural stiffness amplitude proposed. torsional suppressed increasing reducing conduction between trolley beam, cross optimized strengthening hanging column connecting adding diagonal pillar beam. By comparing values shear, bending moment, displacement before after optimization, peak optimization reduced about 25%, application oblique reinforcement can significantly improve vibration.
